Process

How It Works

A clear, five-step process for custom prints, teamwear and bulk production — from your first idea to a tracked parcel. Below each step you will also find what we need from you and what we check on our side.

  1. 01

    Choose your product

Pick a garment from our catalogue or tell us the blank you need.

  2. 02

    Add your design

Upload artwork or a logo, add text and place it exactly where you want it.

  3. 03

    Review & confirm

We check print area, sizing and colours, then share a quote or confirm your order.

  4. 04

    Production

Your order goes into printing or manufacturing with quality checks at every stage.

  5. 05

    Dispatch & track

You receive an Order ID and Tracking ID so you can follow your parcel.

Step 01

Choose your product

  • Select the base garment — oversized or regular tee, polo, hoodie, jersey, track pants, shorts or a full co-ord set.
  • Choose fabric weight and blend. Heavier cotton holds structure; poly blends and dry-fit suit sportswear and teamwear.
  • Confirm colours and the size split across your order using the size guide before you commit.
Step 02

Add your design

  • Upload artwork as PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI. Vector or 300 DPI gives the cleanest print; we will tell you if a file is too small.
  • Position front, back, sleeve and chest placements in the live customizer and see the preview update as you move things.
  • For teamwear, add player names, numbers, club and sponsor logos, then attach your roster spreadsheet so nothing is typed twice.
Step 03

Review & confirm

  • Our team checks resolution, print area, colour separation and placement against the garment size range.
  • You receive a written quote with unit price, print method, quantities and a production timeline.
  • Nothing goes to production until you approve the spec. For larger runs we can produce a sample first.
Step 04

Production

  • We match the technique to the job — screen printing for volume, DTF for detailed multi-colour art, embroidery for logos, sublimation for full-surface sportswear.
  • A test piece is printed on the same fabric before the main run begins.
  • Every piece is inspected for print alignment, stitching, trims and measurements. Rejects are remade, not shipped.
Step 05

Dispatch & track

  • Orders are folded, tagged and packed to protect the print in transit.
  • You get an Order ID and a Tracking ID — enter both on the Track Order page to see live status.
  • Delivery timelines depend on quantity and destination and are confirmed in writing on your quote.

Choosing a print method

We recommend the method during your quote, based on artwork, fabric and quantity.

  • Screen printing

Best for medium to large runs in a limited number of colours. Durable, vivid and cost-efficient at volume.

  • DTF / digital

Best for detailed, full-colour or photographic artwork, and for small quantities including single pieces.

  • Embroidery

Best for logos on polos, caps, jackets and corporate wear where a premium raised finish is wanted.

  • Sublimation

Best for polyester sportswear where the design covers the whole garment and must not crack or peel.

Preparing your artwork

  • · Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or raster at 300 DPI at final print size.
  • · Transparent background for logos, with the original colour codes if you have them.
  • · Text converted to outlines so fonts do not shift between systems.
  • · Tell us the exact print width in inches if the placement is critical.

Do not have print-ready files? Send what you have — our team will tell you exactly what needs fixing.

Payments, changes and tracking

  • · Retail orders are paid online at checkout through our secure payment flow.
  • · Custom and bulk orders are confirmed against a written quote before production begins.
  • · Changes are possible until you approve the spec; after that the run is already in production.
  • · Track any order with your Order ID and Tracking ID on the Track Order page.
